Stunt Kite Clinic at Kelantan

Not many people can say they travelled a good 5 hours to fly kites. But, the Team Red Bull Malaysia certainly did! Just last weekend, we took off to the east coast for the inaugural International Kite Festival at Kelantan.

So much buzz and hype had been surrounding this event; all of us could hardly contain our excitement when we arrived. After all, some of us have never even seen a kite before let alone fly one. It's not too surprising considering how this generation is simply immersed with tech gadgets for play.

Even though we kept reminded each other we were there for work, we also had fun along the way. I for one was ever determined to fly a kite that day!

Throughout the day, the weather wasn't quite up to par but we certainly didn't let it dampen our spirits.

The stunt kite clinic was an on-going session from day till dusk. We had tons of curious on-lookers who were sporting enough to give it a go with some help and guidance from the stunt kite team.


That's how big the kite is compared to a Kancil! =P

A huge canopy was set up for us, Red Bull.

To cap it all off, the entire team at Red Bull has just as much fun if not more than the participants. It was truly a rewarding week! =)

Exo-X Series at Hulu Langat

Over a grand total of 187 sports enthusiast took part in this endurance race that was held in Hulu Langat. By half past seven, all sprinters have registered and were ever ready to get the race going.

Everyone at the starting lane, waiting anxiously for the whistle to go off.




Once the flag off happened at 8am, the Red Bull truck was used as the lead car for the Eco-Sprint challengers along the first leg of the race.

Red Bull also set up a station at one of the check points to give out some refreshment to keep their energy level going.

These participants were caught taking a break with none other than Red Bull!

Another sprinter was seen gulping down a Red Bull before running off to the finishing line.

All in all, it was a long exhausting day but nevertheless very fulfilling because everyone seemed to have left with a big grin on their face.

Red Bull Power Grind!

It's OFFICIAL!

The Red Bull Power Grind is happening on the 7th of June 2008 (that's a Saturday, people!) and YOU'RE invited!

Held as a big skate jam session, it's going to be one heck of a party and it's going on from 2pm all the way up till 10pm.

Of course there'll be some awesome skating sessions on the course, but even if you're unable to differentiate between a wheelie and an ollie, there's also gonna be bands playing LIVE, awesome food and great shopping!
